Today we are powering through an ABS & BOOTY BAND Workout to target the core and glutes. This low impact workout utilizes a mini band/loop band during the booty exercises to help activate the glutes and increase the burn!! For the Ab workout we will just be using our bodyweight but you can always add resistance with dumbbells for an extra challenge. Let's Go!!

Love Heather for many reasons, easy to follow, very clear and professional videos, not posting every days, you can workout hard, but she's more inclusive...seeing a real body, firm, sculpted but feminine.

yes we are taking about C. Girvan. She's great, and play some of her workouts whit bands or bodyweight no repeat hiit..but I'm quite fit after 2 years of home workouts. Anyway for people thar work alone at home whiteout a coach it's quite dangerous these workouts because you've to know very well your body and your level. It's not for beginners at all, not for enjuried people or for people that have to lose a lot of weight. Some friends of mine that live for fitness workouts whit her, she offers few modifications and some exercises like one leg squat or one arms push up are difficult also for fitness coach.

@@BenevolentSlug yes, I follow her on Instagram too and I see in the history that a lot of her fans have the word "fit"...in their nikname. Honestly I work out for my body and healt and plasure, I want be on shape, but I don't want to be ripped or became an athelte at my 44 yo.

This is the only Heather workout that I actively hate - and it is because it targets my laziest muscles. They are very annoyed about being mobilized, so now it is in my once a week routine.

Black cat moms unite! My black cat Binx jumped onto my stomach during one of the rests and I told her not right now. Then your black cat made several cameos! I've been following you since the pandemic and i am so thankful for your amazing work out videos! They are tough and challenging but also super motivating. Thank you for all that you do👍🏻

Wow, a real burner for my thights ... and abs at the beginning ...wow! I did the workout at 4 p.m. - usually I workout first thing in the morning, but couldn't really wake up earlier today ... and I am so proud I did it now. All the diversity of the workouts really keeps me going. Thank you Heather for these amazing workouts.

I just got this one done, glutes and abs are on fire. Love it. I also love that it was low impact for my bad knees.

I almost skipped this one and did something I thought would be more "intense", but glad I didn't. That was a great strengthening and lengthening workout. :)

Love these different band exercises combined with abs. I’m not a physical therapist or dr. but I can honestly say these exercises have helped my bursitis more than anything. Of course with guidance. But thank you.

I really love this workout, I am recovering from a knee injury, and the exercises that my Physical therapist taught me are all included in this ABS and BOOTY BAND workout. I also love the music and it makes the workout go by fast. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you do, Heather!!!

tried this one today, this was a nice change and my first time using a band. I purchased it awhile ago, and my knee issues instilled some fear into whether it would irritate my knees. The good news is it did NOT, the resistance was just right! THankyou for this workout! :)
