Heather, I love, love, love how you don’t rush through the moves. They are challenging but I can keep up and really focus on my form. There are some other KZbinrs who go so fast through each move it’s almost dangerous. I appreciate you and everything that you do.

I love no repeats & love this workout. Also love that you don't chatter on and you keep things efficient and focused. Hi Heather I haven't praised you for quite a while now, so just to let you know we have been enjoying all your workouts shortly after the Covid 19 lock down started, and this particular exercise has been just as good as every other one we have done, we have completed your 12 week plan twice and enjoyed it both times and it was just as challenging the second time 😅😅. We are mixing new and old routines now with some back stretching exercises now and then which really helps to combat the odd pulled muscles. We absolutely love all your time and effort putting together fantastic routines and you are keeping two 60 plus year olds fit and healthy. Thank you so much. Stay safe and have a great 2021😍.
