Thank you so much!!! I just went to a yoga class and was thinking how great the teacher was, and it led me towards those thoughts of "I don't teach like her, but I like how she teaches, so I must be doing something WRONG" instead of appreciating that my style AND her style can work :-) So just now seeing this (sorry it's so late!) and it was just the right time to see it. I appreciate you! And I would bet my left foot that your students love your flows and cues too!

@@AdellBridges i hear you, but the way and the things you teach just happen to be your edge. I love vinyasa flow and i consider your videos more like creative fitness and drills some times but there are many teachers who can offer me a vinyasa flow but only one Adell offering what you offer! ✨🤍✨

This is amazing, I particularly love your hypermobility yoga tips. I am currently healing from a really bad injury from my shoulder blade and ribcage, not knowing that I am actually hypermobile (only knew it when I visit the physiotherapist a few days back :( I really do hope that you would do yoga workouts especially for hypermobile yogis on youtube. Thank you for all your amazing videos
@AdellBridges4 жыл бұрын
awww thanks for sharing! all of my classes and workshops are suitable for hypermobile people as long as you're not currently in a lot of pain or seriously lacking strength. I will never encourage passive stretching, going to end range, or pushing yourself, so for that reason they're always going to be hypermobile-friendly. but as i'm sure you've experienced, my classes are HARD! and so some hypermobile people may not be ready to do them, until they build more strength. the online course that I made with Celest is more targeted for that, if you're looking for classes that are specifically for hypermobile people xx

I have to say, that the yoga mat doesn't look very thick. At least not for the tile/concrete floor that you're on! Then again, looks can be deceiving! Looking forward to challenging myself with this flow!

oh it's nice and squishy, without being so thick it disrupts balance :-) Liforme mats are the best :-D
