Hi, it's the first time I do one of your lessons. I follow you on IG because you are an inspiration to me. I've practiced yoga for a few years, I'm from Santiago, Chile and I could keep up the lesson perfectly, love the flow and I actually sweat 😰 with you. Thank you for sharing for free.

I just did this class and I love that all my muscles feel very balanced (which is difficult for me because I suffer from hips, hamstrings, lumbars and meniscus pains) (for which I do stabilizing daily exercices in advice from my physiotherapist) Im very happy that theres a teacher like you that teaches MINDFULLY and doesnt encourage to push to the limit of your rom 😭😭💖💖 And thank u for making this free 💙💙💙💙 sending you lots of love

I’m at minute 23 and my wrists are hurting a lot! I’ve had to stop several times because I can really feel the pressure building up on my wrists. I’m a 26F and I’m not too active but happy to follow along your lessons. Do you have any recommendations to lessen the wrist pain? Btw, I work on a laptop most of the day. Thanks!
