I am so glad that I discovered your channel. The exercises, the atmosphere, your guidance through the exercises is so pleasant and calm. In other videos, so many exercises are squeezed into one video, every 30 seconds another exercise...at some point it didn't feel good for me anymore. I love the fact that you don't have a timer, you don't have crazy music and you have fewer but much more effective exercises because you have time to do them correctly. Thank you so much for your videos! ❤

I found your channel today. While the video I watched looked great, I'm wondering if you have any videos for women over 70, with degenerative disc disease. I'm 74 and have been working out with a personal trainer for the past 16 months. We started twice a week for 1/2 an hour. A couple of weeks ago I asked him to come 3 times a week. For the past several months each session is 45 minutes. I've worked up from a 30 second plank (on my toes, not my knees) to 5 minutes, 15 seconds. However, the last one had to be cut short because the stress on my shoulders was too much. He doesn't want me to hurt myself so he suggested a couple of alternatives. What I'm getting at is do you have videos for older people with some age related issues? Many thanks!

@@LivAligned thank you so much - I definitely listen to my body and fortunately my trainer respects my calls. When I've said something hurt during an exercise, he never told me to just suck it up. He always suggested a modification and asked if the different position was okay. I'm looking forward to checking out the links you sent. That was very kind of you.🤗
