always listen to your body. i almost fainted at the end of a workout it was too intesne for me i didn't felt well at all until i was like, get tf up already and drink some water and i felt better immediately. i really hate when i feel like fainting after a workout it's making me end everything because of my fear of fainting again. i hate the feeling of fainting and im obviously i can't mentally take it even tho i want the body that im dreaming about:/

I have been lifting weights for 2 years consistently now, and have been wanting to change it up a little… and I would’ve NEVER realized how hard a workout with just your body weight can be. These workouts BURN in a way I never could’ve imagined. Really hoping that I can get better at these, because I always wanna give up halfway through.

Hey Sara Lina. I have carpal tunnels as well. I do all pilates and yoga exercises on my fists. It's a bit harder but at least it doesn't hurt my hands (plus: toned arms).

Second-day back into pilates in a row. Loved this session and didn't need to slow down the session like yesterday. Muscle memory is coming back. Loved the glute and thigh work especially - my thighs are burning/DOMSY this afternoon, which means I'm building strength! I love your classes with glute emphasis as I need to work that area mos. In terms of abs, I'm finding iI strain my neck. How can I stop straining my neck and do this exercise properly? Thank you 😊 !

Girl I just wanna say I freaking love you lol I've lost close to 30 pounds since last summer doing a lot of cardio workouts and I've just recently integrated your pilate workouts in a couple times a week and this is really what I needed to really tighten up and get that body I've been looking for, like you stay having me in pain burning like crazy but it's a love hate thing because I'm so proud of myself when I'm finished. I can't thank you enough. You reminded me of things I had forgotten... lately life has been showing me with fatigue and illness that I need to stop exercising... I insistently added cardio, workouts to my own classes... this made me and my muscles very tired... before I was working just like your flows in this video, I did it again calmly and without tiring myself... my muscles need rest and a calm exercise program... it was nice to remember my old flows with you, you became a companion.

I have been doing Nicole's workouts for 2 years so Ive switched to intermidiate/advanced pilates because my body really does feel stronger and I got used to the pain. But afyer this video I FINALLY have muscle inflammatation!!!! Only pain that I love to feel! Btw I used ankle weights during some exercises.

I have to express my apprieciation to you, my knee pain and hip pain bothered me for the long time, after tried one of you 1 hour full body workout , I felt immdeiately resluts- they got better, Since then, I tried to do pilates with me whenever I can. My knee pain and hip pain reduced from leverl 7 pain to level 2. Thank you so much.
