He is a good man at heart, trying to help people without any expectations. I would like to support him when people say he's got fake accent. He is not doing it for show off. He lives in US like me. The problem is Americans don't understand us sometimes when we speak with our accent so we must adapt their's. But it's hard to totally give up which you are born with specially when you migrate to those countries when you are grown up already. So it all gets mixed up. Hope people understand this. Vaise bhi Punjab se belong karne wale hindi bhi apne accent mai bolte hai. Isme koi burai nahi hai. Intentions must be good and that's what he has for sure. Thank you all.

Yes its not all the same bro some times.indians do not understand some of urdu words as we pakiz too dnt get some hindis words but my mean to say that hindi ackcent is difrent then urdu totally difrent but sir guru has just same urdu ackcent like it cheers

Mai bhi brother...single digit body fat hai mera abhi...2 prog follow kare sir..pehela 6 week shredded uske Baad shredded next level...jyada patle ho Gaye toh lean mode follow karke usko maintain kare...diet pura kare jaise PDF Mai diya Gaya hai...app ke weight ke hisab se protein intake and carb fat sab le...agar 20% body fat ke aas paas hai single Mai aa jayenge guarantee deta hun...ye 2 shredded prog easy nahi hai but u have to do it...👍

sir, why we using oliv oil ?? In India oliv oil is very expensive. And Mustard oil is very cheap in India, mainly in northern, eastern, western side also. And mustard oil is better or similar as oliv oil. So can i use 1/2 tb spoon of pure mustard oil in place of 1/2 tb spoon oliv oil ???? I want to say if mustard oil is similar or better than oliv. Then why are we using any product outside of india ???? I will use native product.

Do this exercise if ure beginner, you’ll get good result in around 2 months: For upper abs: (1) half crunches 25* 4 set (2) leg raise crunches 25* 4 set (3) full crunches 15* 3 set 1 min plank For middle/lower abs: (4) leg raise 25* 4 set (5) one leg raise (both side 50counts) (6) lying bicycle 25* 4 sets Again 1 min plank (7) bicycle crunch (both side 40-50 counts) 3set (8) mountain climber (30-40 count both side) 3 set (9) leg raise by hanging (10-12 rep 4 set) Plank 1 min 3rd time.. * it’s takes around 50 min for this whole workout.. You’ll get guaranteed result (saying from my own experience) Now let’s have a look on diet: Early Morning : warm water + lemon its help to reduce belly fat Pre workout : smoothie (1 glass milk, + 1 cup oats, 1 tp spoon pea nut butter,1 banana +2 almonds (optional) Post workout: 1 bowl boiled kala Chana + half cup of milk or banana if u want) Lunch : whatever had made in your home, but healthy include dal and salad Evening snack: 1 bowl boiled moong Dinner: sprouts , rotis curds etc.. Just follow this for approx 2 months you’ll get guaranteed results ☺️❤️
