Absinthe is a lot more green depending on the manufacturer. It is most commonly drunk after diluting with ice water and sugar cube, but glad you mentioned that.

Fun facts about this particular absinthe is that it contains food coloring to make it more green and sugar, so a lot of people that enjoy absinthe skip the sugar cube with this one all together. It is not considered a "top shelf" absinthe by the critics, but it is still tasty.
