Enterprise Earth “oh I’m a manly man, I don’t wear earrings, they’re for girls” thanks for the compliment, and go back to the 1970’s with that weak minded “guys don’t wear earrings” bullshit. Why are you watching this video if you don’t need another man to get you pumped?
@larrytaylor5222
@larrytaylor5222 7 жыл бұрын
Everyone needs motivation, you’re in denial if you say you don’t need things to get you pumped. Inspiration is key to getting bigger, if you don’t have inspiration to get bigger than you’re working out for nothing, everyone who says they’re only doing it for themselves is lying. It’s human nature for men to want to be the biggest and baddest. The thing I can tell from you is that even though you try and act hard you’re nothing more than a child on the inside.

Dale Keating you absolutely did not gain 20 lbs of muscle in 1 month. Literally impossible, even with beginner gains. If you’re eating as many carbs as he is and you weren’t before, it’s 90% water weight. Carbs = glycogen. Stored glycogen = stored water.

Here’s a detailed ranking of the exercises from Seth’s chest workout, organized from most effective to least, along with explanations and time stamps: 1. Incline Dumbbell Press (06:06 - 07:22) Why it’s effective: This exercise targets the upper outer chest, which helps create a fuller chest appearance. Seth emphasizes focusing on blood flow to the outer upper chest. The incline angle is around 30-37 degrees, which activates the upper chest without overly engaging the shoulders. How to do it: Perform a few warm-up sets. When pressing, keep the dumbbells apart at the top to focus on the outer chest. Seth does 3/4 reps to emphasize chest activation. Pausing at the bottom of the rep allows for extra blood flow and stretching of the chest. Advanced tip: Use the "set sets" technique. Start with a heavy weight for as many reps as possible, then drop the weight by half and double the reps to maximize blood flow and hypertrophy. 2. Incline Dumbbell Flyes Superset with Close-Grip Push-Ups (12:24 - 14:08) Why it’s effective: Flyes are great for stretching and expanding the chest, especially when done at an incline. Combining them with close-grip push-ups targets multiple parts of the chest, enhancing the pump and muscle engagement. How to do it: Perform controlled dumbbell flyes, focusing on fully stretching and contracting the chest. After flyes, immediately perform close-grip push-ups on an incline to further engage the chest. Advanced tip: Change hand placement during push-ups to target different parts of the chest. This superset promotes both stretch and contraction for a complete chest workout. 3. Cable Crossovers Superset with Cable Pullovers (16:23 - 18:03) Why it’s effective: Cable crossovers target the outer chest and give a strong contraction at the end of each rep, helping to define the chest. The cable pullovers simulate a dumbbell pullover, stretching the chest and opening the rib cage. How to do it: Use different cable heights (high, mid, low) to target various parts of the chest. For pullovers, focus on the stretch and rib cage expansion rather than just building mass. Advanced tip: Keep transitions between crossovers and pullovers quick to maintain intensity and continuous blood flow. 4. Ladder Push-Ups (19:47 - 20:58) Why it’s effective: This finisher challenges endurance and intensity, ensuring your chest is fully fatigued. Ladder push-ups force you to engage the chest through a range of angles, maximizing exhaustion. How to do it: Start on a high setting of the Smith machine or a similar apparatus, performing push-ups. Gradually lower the bar to increase difficulty, then work your way back up. Advanced tip: Push yourself to complete as many reps as possible at each level, challenging your mental focus as well as your chest muscles. 5. Dips Superset with PEC Deck (14:08 - 15:07) Why it’s effective: Dips are a classic chest exercise that works the lower chest while also engaging the triceps and shoulders. Supersetting dips with the PEC deck allows you to keep the chest under tension for longer, promoting muscle growth. How to do it: Perform deep dips with controlled reps to ensure maximum chest engagement. Follow immediately with the PEC deck to further isolate the chest. Advanced tip: Focus on the depth of each rep in dips, making sure you’re flexible enough to avoid injury, while maintaining control throughout the PEC deck. 6. Warm-Up (05:01 - 06:06) Why it’s effective: A proper warm-up is essential to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead. Seth’s warm-up focuses on getting the chest and shoulders ready for the intensity of the workout. How to do it: Start with light weights or bodyweight movements to get blood flowing into the muscles. Focus on mobility and stretching to avoid injury during heavy lifting. Advanced tip: Mentally prepare yourself for the workout while warming up. Music and visualization can help focus on the goals of the session. This ranking is based on how each exercise targets the chest, promotes blood flow, and contributes to overall muscle growth. Make sure to stay hydrated and well-fueled to maintain intensity throughout the workout!
