I know Ella and she is the strongest kindest and bravest woman I know. I know now even though we haven't seen each other for a long time she is always there for me. She also gave therapy to my daughter at a reduced rate when I was struggling. And she has given me complimentary massage therapies when my father passed. Her clinic offers multiple services and i couldn't recommend it and higher. She is amazing ❤❤❤❤

What a strong, brilliant, inspiring woman! I really hope she knows the strength she gives to others. When she mentioned her mum saying her dad had been abused, I couldn’t help but wonder if her mum was just spinning a tale to make him look better and give him a pass. Honestly, I say this because my husbands dad used to hit him and his sisters, and their mum would always tell them some sob story about his life to try get him off the hook

@@WillSykes24 You can imply without gratuitous detail, it is triggering when you expect to watch a professional speak about their journey from trauma to wellness through their traumatic past and use explicit language that is triggering for the very people who will watch these podcasts in the first place. I write about my experiences and whilst it is sometimes needed to highlight an important element of growth, to mention something that has been endured, there is no need to put in sexual language. It is triggering. So thank you Will for your input, my comment still stands. And Ella, you as a professional should be aware of the impact these sexual terms and how triggering they are to those who are not in the healthy place of healing you are in. These terms are inappropriate and I hope with all my heart you do not use them in a clinical setting. You are indeed very brave and courageous and to be commended for your bravery in speaking out on such matters that are still very much taboo, but context and language is important. Don't forget your old arse in pursuit of getting likes.

Have you heard yourself? You are attempting to dictate how I internally react to traumas I have been subjected to. You must "sugar coat," sexual language in a therapeutic environment or with an audience who has suffered trauma, triggers for some can result in self harm, flashbacks, suicide attempts and distress. I would like to see This woman's true credentials, as a therapist myself there is a code of ethic that must be followed when talking about such things. I am assuming not inferring you are a layperson in the field of trauma and therapeutics. Can you imagine a world were psychiatrists and psychotherapists talk about masterbation and nipples in earshot of traumatised victims? who are still in the very dark parts of their journey. Everything has its place in therapy and language is very important. If this podcast were to be a shared story of survival and not the inclusion of being a therapist I would have scrolled past and turned it off not bothering to comment. This woman treats vulnerable clients no doubt those very same clients are watching this video. I can see you defending the very brave story of a survivor of trauma and that is to be commended, I am a survivor and a therapist and there are flaws in the presentation of the language used that are questionable in the therapeutic environment and for a professional.I have parts of my journey that are incredulous, however I would not share them with clients, potential clients or the public domain we have great responsibility for the energy we put out into the world and the reasons behind it @@Cyrusthevirus233
