Abyssal chickens-demons that actually TASTE LIKE CHICKEN!!! (D&D Compendium of Monsters)

Abyssal chickens are demons from D&D 5e that are more food and fodder than foe. They’re certainly glass cannons for level 1 adventuring parties, but otherwise a fireball spell will make short work of a swarm. I wonder what Jeremy Crawford’s version of fatty chicken tastes like. Dark meat?

Mr Welch's aerial pirranha take 2: command a flock of abyssal chickens to all dive bomb a target. Since the flock, no matter how big it is, counts as 1 action, however many you have summoned / stashed in your bag of hold / have under control can be applied. Do this to landmark encounters and campaign end bosses to make the DM cry.

They're delicious. Abyssal Stew is made better with them. The gristle is hidden as chewy spicy bits.
