I unplugged for around 5 min or so and plugged back in and it started to work. I put it on the setting I wanted and unplugged it for now. Until it gets a little warmer and have proper tools. Thank u so much

Actually your air mode actuator requires the steering column to be taken out. Your left side air door actuator from the service book requires you to remove the gas pedal by unplugging and taking the bolts out and it’s a little easier to get to. Job should take about an hour doing one again this next week

I have the same problem on my 2016 Mondeo/Fusion. On the driver side, I only have cold air and in the passenger side, I can have both. Once, the mechanic connect the OBD to the car. He detected a mal function of the left AC motor. Therefore, instead to take the car to the mechanic, I’m going to try to do it at home. I can see that´s a lot of work to do it but I hope I can do it myself. Thanks to the video. It helps me to know how to locate the AC motor. Best regards

Do you find the problem?

It was the blend door actuator. I traded the car in for an upgrade before replacing the actuator.

I’m having the same issue with my 2013 but it’s only my 2 passenger vents blowing cold instead of heat. My defrosters still work properly. So should I just replace the passenger side blend door?
