I am struck by her lack of reaction to this music. I mean, no part of her body seems to be moving to this rhythm. She's such a sphinx that I can't tell if she is really not impressed or really thinking "Damn, I wish I grew up with this kind of music...but I won't tell Dad."

@Paula Leckey - keep rocking, sweet Lady! To be over 50 doesn't mean a thing nowadays, it doesn't have to, at least. Taking good care of yourself and avoiding cliché-traps's a good way of life! Everyone expects you to cut your hair, wear old-style blouse and skirt and sit in front of the tv, watching reruns of Eaton Place or Poldark. But you don't HAVE to, just stay who you were 20 years ago, living and doing and going anywhere you want, but with a bit of wisdom. I've seen enough really great lasses over 50 to know it works. If you know how to do it, a lived-in face can be gorgeous and head-turning... Never give in until you really want to!

I was at donnington in 91,what a great gig that was, just at the start when Angus bursts on stage and starts the riff to thunderstruck, amazing! Goosebumps! Only downside it was warm, and being a Donnington virgin i was relieved to see a bit of water getting tossed back the crowd in large plastic bottles, it was like rain, brilliant, except someone told me nope, that ain't no water, it's eh? urine! Lol Guys at the front had 100k people behind them so couldn't go piss! :-)

Angus Young would come home from school dressed in a uniform like that, his older brother Malcolm Young (R.I.P) and his mates were practicing in the garage. Angus wanted to play too, so he took up learning picking lead guitar riffs and eventually he joined the band... because he would always come home straight from school in his uniform it kinda stuck and been wearing it ever since.

The schoolboy look was suggested by his sister Margaret. She made the original costume but he later settled on the uniform of his former highschool. Angus is also a life long tea totaller but smokes like a chimney.

First time watching you two and you are amazing. When I heard you talking about Megadeth, I knew I had to watch more vids from you two. Message to the Dad: High Five! Message to his rad daughter: I wish my dad was this cool when I was your age. But seriously, tell him he needs to talk less and just let the music roll ;P

I have been very lucky to have seen them 3 times here in Dublin, Ireland. First time in 1981 when I was 14/15. Then 34 years later I brought my 13 year old son to it for his first gig. Where did the time go.

You gotta stop stopping the song. It's too hard for anyone to get the mood going when it suddenly stops on a dime many times during the song. Please keep your hands and arms inside the ride at all times and wait until it comes to a full stop before asking any freaking questions. This is the ROCK AND ROLLER COASTER.

If you want to see a huge crowd with lots of interaction you've got to see Iron Maiden, Fear of the Dark from Rock at Rio.

Per his sister: Angus' outfit originates from when he was in school and would run home after school and start practicing before he even changed clothes.
