I had questions that Billy and those like him seemed to answer for me. Through that debate alone I saw the truth and felt God in my heart calling me to take in all the information you presented. I was talking with a friend about Wes and all the work he has been doing with manuscripts and Biblical language. My friend said that he already knew most of this information from Dan Wallace. I told him I did too but that wasn't my point. Dan Wallace is 72 years old. We need more youngsters to start stepping up to continue to do the work he and others like him have been doing because we won't have them around much longer. So I'm glad to see as I enter my 60s that there are plenty of experts coming on to the scene to keep doing this kind of work for the Kingdom. Bless you brothers!

I became a Christian in 1985 and took an apologetics class from Calvary Chapel shortly thereafter and it grounded me so deeply in my faith. In recent years I found Voddie Bauchman who gives an excellent teaching on the sovereign authority of the Bible and gives the reasons why. Now because of this I have found Wes Huff and you all and have been enjoying hearing more of what grounded me in my faith early on. I also love what Wes teaches about not taking on the role of the Holy Spirit. He is a gentleman and does not force himself on anyone but is available to anyone who seeks or knocks. Really grateful for all your ministries.

I’ve been following Wesley for 2-3 years because his Instagram and KZbin are absolutely packed with information. I’ve always shared his content with fellow Scandinavians and recommended it to others. I didn’t think this was the case, but apparently I’ve been living under a rock. I did NOT know who Billy Carson or Wes Huff was before this debate and the blow up afterwards. I’m sure glad Billy tried to suppress the truth, because if he hadn’t I don’t think I would’ve ever stumbled upon Wes Huff. Wes is a gladiator for Christ and I’ve since subscribed and watched a lot of his videos(which are resources.) I am a Bible believing born again Christian who lives in Buffalo New York so pretty close to Wes in Toronto. I hope one day to meet Wes and thank him for his work for Christ. When I saw Billy on PBD podcast, I was genuinely disappointed and wondering why he would have someone on whose aim is to lead people away from Christ and sow doubt in hearts. Something seemed and felt so incredibly off and sinister about Billy. He came off very foolish in his knowledge, to me, as someone who’s a novice apologetics student. Wes, you put on a master class! Billy’s response since then has done more to expose his true nature. He’s inhabited by a vile spirit and possesses so much vitriol for God the Father and Christians alike. However, it’s clear that he lacks an understanding of the context of biblical narrative and he’s trying to dismantle it from an elementary level comprehension of the topic. It’s sad.

What a wonderful conversation on so many levels. I am Jewish. My husband is Christian. We talk about God a lot and find many rich traditions and commonalities between our faiths. There are more things in common, than not. With regard to Billy Carson and the debate. I once enjoyed listening to him. A few years back I stopped listening to billy, to because of what he was teaching but how. His hubris turned me off. I want to learn and from those who are sincere and humble. Billy's race rant was confusing, because on one hand in the video Billy makes himself out to be super famous, super knowledgeable, super rich, and God, yet is trying to invoke some sympathy, saying Wes is racists. Recent 2021 Catholic reconvert post deconstruction from Presbyterian church where I was baptized as a kid. I have listened to you guys before but Wes really did all of us a great service. I have listened to Billy on JRE and PBD and there was just something off so thanks for really clarifying that. The fact also that he didn’t go on his own show the next day to clarify his expert argument but to attack…say much. I didn’t even know like yall mentioned he has since taken it down just wow! Plus I also got into an argument with my Protestant sweet mother the other day about the Catholic Church and the Apocrypha and of course Mary mother of God….long story short, after this debate, I now follow you and seeing that video you made about the Bible books was very educational for me! First time, I watched one of bill's videos, his teachings shook my faith and I found myself questioning everything I had known for years. I found Wes from the debate then found you guys from Wes. Glory to God! I've been growing in my relationship with Jesus in leapd n bounds day by day. I thank God I came across that debate and it only mafe my faith grow seeing Wes dismantling obvious false claims about Jesus and do it so Christ like and intellectually with proof. Billy is my brother and let me say I'm thankful God exposed him. The rot in him is deeper than this debate. People have died unsaved following his teachings. This makes me sad. Then he steals their money and boasts about it. Sadly, we now live in a society where people think that flashy houses and cars makes someone worthy of worship. This is in the Bible. Yea Wes Huff is a really solid brother in christ who's been studying these biblical manuscripts for years. Unfortunately your brother (as you know) so rejected Jesus as a young kid that he turned to the occult knowledge of Satan because of his personal grievance against God! It's so obvious to see that. And he is truly being used by fallen angelic spirits to introduce these "writings' from "36,000" years ago to lead people to worship THEMSELVES instead of Jesus. I was so glad to finally see someone challenge and debunk the nonsense Billy spread. I could barely contain myself While watching the debate. West was so polite and respectful and he had receipts. There were points in the debate Billy did not respond ye or ne to, he simply went on to another point in the debate. And the video afterwards where Billy talked about poor people and poor dumb people not knowing anything, was inexcusable. I was so disgusted with Billy by this time, he made having a 9-5 seem like a dirty thing. West did a great job pulling the mask off this guy. Great job West,

I think my cringe moment was when Billy said the Sinai Bible was from Mount Sinai, I think by that point most of us knew that he was trying to refer to the Codex Sinaiticus but with his surface knowledge he immediately went to pairing it with Mount Sinai and we well know what happened there.

Thank you all for this video. I was able to view the entire debate clip, with Billy Carson and Wes Huff, around a week and a half ago. I do NOT hate Carson, but have never been a fan due to his demeanor and arrogance. It was a blessing to hear Wes completely knock Billy off of his high horse and put forth such knowledge and truth. One of the hallmarks of solid ideas is being able to stand up to public scrutiny. The fact that a person can only speak confidently to a captive audience who cannot challenge is a clue that something is suspect. If Bill is to gain respect and credibility based on his claims of expertise, he must stand in the public sphere and defend his ideas. Bring real objections so that people can respect him
