I’m glad you’re taking these two cases on. As people have pointed out, the AJ Trilogy Collection does not have either of these cases, so they’re 3DS exclusive. Also Tim never covered these in the LP so having someone from the TC Collective covering it is pretty nice (I mean there’s Nico’s, but he’s not part of the Collective far as I’m aware).

With Colosseum getting renamed to Thrown Controllers Colosseum and the uncertainty regarding TRG’s return if it’s even happening, the Thrown Controllers Collective was the new name that was given to the expanded group.

If it’s a matter of a possible arrest, considering how fooled everybody was with Tigre disguised as Phoenix, all Phoenix would have to do is hide for a moment, then put on his blue suit & tie. 3-3 kinda showed that Phoenix is like Clark Kent; a slight wardrobe change is all he needs to fool people into thinking he’s someone else. After all, most people couldn’t tell who Apollo’s first client is, until the Judge said his name.

I just realized while typing this that the ending of this is not too dissimilar to what Morgan's plan was: her plan was to get rid of Maya (either by having her be convicted of murder in 2-2 or killed in 3-5) and have Pearl become the new heir to the master of Kurain, and here we, somewhat unintentionally, got rid of Rayfa (by claiming she was just a body double for the real heir) and had Pearl become the new heir of the Kingdom of Khura'in. So, in a way, we kinda did what Morgan to do: give Pearl a really important position in the world of Spirit Channeling. I wonder how Morgan would feel about this?

There's some amusing dialogue if you press Ahlbi's first revised statement. Phoenix: Five feet seven inches? That's quite a change. Ahlbi: My uncle said it was probably a growth spurt. He even said that sometimes, it seems like teenagers get taller overnight! So, I guess that's what happened with the princess. Phoenix: Umm... That's not exactly how it works, you know... Ahlbi: I sure hope I have a growth spurt soon. I bet you want yours to come soon, too, huh, Miss Pearl? Pearl: I... I think I've already missed the boat. Maya: Poor Pearly. She's really self-conscious about her height. The dialogue for pressing his second revised statement is just Maya and Phoenix contemplating the possibility of her and Pearl being descendants of the Holy Mother after Ahlbi mentions that all of her descendants are royalty (which is why only the Royal Family can channel spirits), pointing you toward presenting the only other piece of evidence you have.

Throughout the entire body double angle, I can't help but think that's irrelevant to the terrorist's stated goal. They claimed the divination seance is the reason for the judicial system's corruption, and that they only wanted Reyfa because of that. The moment they acknowledged that the body double has been doing the divination seance, the terrorist should have said that they don't care about the real princess, they care about the one doing the seance.

(Y'know, because we needed more reasons to hate her.) Apollo: 2:45... Yes, I believe that's around when we arrived. Mr. Wright, Athena, Dhurke, and I were running toward the tomb. Rayfa: Yes. I was taken aback, as we don't normally see commoners in the palace courtyard. Even more shocking was that Dhurke -- a wanted man -- was with you. Apollo: Yeah, I suppose so. Rayfa: I thought the villainous leader of the Defiant Dragons was here with his minions... ...because it was, you know, "time for a revolution." Apollo: I think you've been watching too much of that TV show. Ga'ran: I have already banned its broadcast for containing content unsuitable for our kingdom. Besides, the actress playing Rayfa looked nothing like her. I can't have my subjects feeling so... disappointed when they see the real Rayfa. Rayfa: M-Mother...! Why are you so cruel to me?! Are you so ashamed?! Once I am all grown up, I shall be just as full-figured as that actress! Phoenix: She's placing all her hopes on one final growth spurt. They wanted to bring back a beloved supporting character, didn't want to change her too much, but also had to stay in line with series chronology. Pearl was 8 in her first appearance, Spirit of Justice is ten years after that, so Pearly is 18.
