So, I went through so much trauma the past couple years and I want to be able to be successful as a trainer again and I was really hurt when I suffered a sports injury and had a right hip fracture and torn rectus femoris ( biggest muscle of the 4 being the quad) Then some other ptsd and its been hard transition to what my body is currently able to do. I mean hip mobility is limited on the right side and then the compensatory, movement that occured getting piriformis syndrome and sciatica causing the left side to become numb and waking up with my hands numb. Fitness is my only outlet and I have yet to sign off for this new exam retake date but I did once have 25 clients and was teaching 5 to 6 classes a week. Now I need to deal with stress a little bit differently I mean mobility is good and all but I never thought Id have dishes thrown at me, taking an 85 % pay cut...I want to throw in the towel bujt this is my passion...I dont want the capillaries to close off due to the lack of blood flow....Thanks *Kate J
