I bring instant noodle soup to work a lot and I make it work by putting all the ingredients in a Pyrex container instead of a jar. a good thick glass container won't shatter and you can fit a ton more stuff in there. or more importantly, more broth.

I used to do the ramen in the jar thing and my method was everything but the noodles in the jar, then at lunch microwave the jar & cold ingredients then add uncooked noodles and boiling water from a kettle, close jar and invert so noodles are covered and let sit 5 min. To deal with the hot jar I did a cloth napkin and rubber band.

you have no idea how happy this notification made me! I watch so many vegan youtubers because food videos help a lot with my anxiety, but your videos are the ones I always gravitate towards. I love how you try out different stuff and don't feel bad when some recipies mess up. This is a safe space and I'm very thankful for it.

I love your personality and editing with all the music n stuff. you have wholesome & down to earth vibes that are lovely! i also find myself eating similarly to you in terms of intuitive eating and mixing processed and "healthy" foods. The ramen in a jar would work if you take it out of the refrigerator than take it to work without an ice pack by the time you want it, it would be room temp. Than microwave it with the broth at work. Definitely will have to try it one day!

I was thinking that for the cookie balls you could load the dough into a turkey baster syringe and just squeeze little dabs on the parchment paper and the cookie balls should be pretty consistent size and very small. I may try that, and I think it'd be very quick to make a lot of them.

I feel like, you store it in the fridge and take it to work (and therefore out of the fridge) at like 7 or 8. Then if you eat lunch at noon they’re ready to be defrosted. Make boiling water at the office and pour it in, let it sit for a few minutes. Then if it needs to be cooked more put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Idk what the issue is
