Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique, completely not ever been done before, unafraid to reference or not reference, put it in a blender, s- on it, vomit on it, eat it, give birth to it
this video is very depressing, none of those veggies have any micronutrients, and she is clearly craving meat when she uses cheese and butter.

You’ve been inspiring me to be less wasteful with my food, I feel like I’ve gotten better at finding ways to incorporate random leftovers into a meal because of your videos! Also your vids have helped me get better at creating balanced meals with protein and veggies and just helped me come up with more creative and fun recipes in general! Thank you for this amazing content 💕

Oh man, if you're in the mood to chop up apples real tiny, try making Charoset. It's chopped apples and walnuts and grape juice and some other stuff. Usually made for Passover, but like, no reason not to make it any other time. And it goes well with pb.

I love charoset! I have to make my own, since the only tree nut I can eat is almonds.

So, I have to admit. I’m not vegan, but I love love love your content. It has definitely increased my plant-based intake! So soothing. Just chill and like, “hey, doesn’t have to be holier-than-thou, militant veganish” to be good.

Ive had too completely overhaul the way I approach food + exercise. My whole childhood, I was obsessed with wanting to be tiny. I know it came from family - brown, immigrant families have no filter or awareness of the impact of their comments. Now I try really hard to workout because its medicine for my depression and eatin good food regulates my mood. I try to remember its not about pushing myself to oblivion every time I get on the mat. And overthinking each meal to the point of having no appetite. I live my the notion of consistent mediocrity now, just a consistent 60% effort for my brain. I love seeing your videos because I didn't have good examples of nourishment growing up. As for exercise I began posting my workouts on my channel, so I'd have a visual to SEE with my own eyes, that I'm getting stronger, and better at yoga/pilates and exercise isnt just about trying to be small.

Emily, you should make yourself a strawberry milkshake, especially now in the summer. I don't know which ingredients will be best. Probably a very creamy vegan milk, strawberry jam that you mentioned, and Nadamoo ice cream. I've heard that Nadamoo is the best vegan icecream in the U.S.

ok thats a good idea to make a series about certain ingredients & what to use them for! but for now u can make tahini sauce & put it on everything (salads, wraps, grain bowls, or dip veggies in it) or make hummus with it, there’s a lot of tahini based sweets as well!
