Thank you so much for another yoga for reflux session! I struggled with my reflux today and felt so bloated, convinced myself to do some yoga before going to bed (to hopefully fall asleep more smoothly) - and found your session really grounding! If you’re planning to share with us more reflux relief focused sessions, it would be fantastic to have a reflux during menstruation to ease those period cramps and naughty pelvic floor pains... I find that most sequences out there for period pains relief aren’t great for reflux warriors unfortunately. Sending love from London ❤️

Thank you sooo much for this. My yoga has really suffered since Christmas when my acid reflux flared up and wont seem to go away.

I did this routine tonight. While I appreciate it didn’t flare up my reflux I did struggle with the routine as most of the time I was facing away from the screen so couldn’t see what you were doing. Maybe after a few tries I’ll be more confident in following with just your audio queues.

I am finally free from bad breath and white tongue and acid reflux after using your herbal medicine I was completely free from this problem. Love this video, except the seated cat cow and rolling forward while seated movements trigger my reflux. Any suggestions for what I can do instead?

so sorry to hear that! you can do shoulder shrugs and circles, neck circles, and interlace the hands behind the back to open the chest - i hope this helps XO
