ACL aur meniscus surgery ke 6 months baad recovery kaafi aage badh chuki hoti hai, lekin ab bhi aapko kuch cheezein dhyan mein rakhni chahiye. Yahaan kuch important points diye gaye hain:
1. Physiotherapy aur Exercises:
• Strength Training: Aapko quadriceps, hamstrings aur calves ke liye strength exercises karte rehna chahiye. Yeh exercises aapke knee joint ko support karte hain.
• Balance aur Stability Training: Single-leg balance exercises ya wobble board ka use karke stability improve karen.
• Range of Motion (ROM): Aapka knee full range of motion mein kaam karna chahiye. Agar abhi bhi limitation hai, to physiotherapist se consult karen.
2. Cardio Activities:
• Swimming, cycling ya elliptical machine ka use kar sakte hain, kyunki yeh low-impact activities hain jo aapke knee par zyada stress nahi dalti.
• Running ya jogging karne ka soch rahe hain to physiotherapist ki advice zarur lein.
3. Return to Sports (Agar Plan Hai):
• Full-contact sports ya high-impact activities ke liye aapko complete clearance chahiye hota hai. Yeh 9-12 months ke baad hi recommend kiya jata hai.
• Agility aur plyometric training start karni chahiye, lekin gradual progression ke saath.
4. Pain aur Swelling:
• Agar abhi bhi pain ya swelling ho rahi hai, to yeh overuse ya kisi underlying problem ka indication ho sakta hai. Ice therapy aur rest ka use karen, aur doctor se consult karein.
5. Diet aur Supplements:
• Protein-rich diet aur collagen-supporting foods (like bone broth, citrus fruits, and leafy greens) ka intake badhayein.
• Agar doctor ne calcium ya vitamin D supplements recommend kiye hain, to unhe continue rakhein.
6. Regular Follow-Up:
• Apne orthopedic surgeon aur physiotherapist se regular check-up karte rahen taaki aapki progress track ho sake aur kisi problem ka timely solution mile.
Aapki recovery kaafi individual hoti hai, isliye apne body ke signals ko samajhna aur overdoing se bachna zaruri hai. Agar aap kisi specific exercise routine ke baare mein discuss karna chahte hain to bataiye, main help karunga!

Good morning bhai Mera acl reconstruction hua hai just 4din hua hai and apse yeh puchna tha apka konsa surgery hua hai fiber tape ya screw and infection hua tha kya apko agar haa toh kya hu apne kaise kiya please explain

Dost, first go for MRI and check ki koun se level ka tear hai, complete tear hai tho go for surgery there is no option baad mai bht issues ho skte hai… Baki grade 1 and 2 main physiotherapy se theek ho skta hai but some time grade 2 main bhi surgery ko bol dete hai… but remember surgery ke baad aap ko active life style rkhna hoga… or surgery se daro mt, ache hospital se krna bus… recovery main time lg skta hai bus

Sir muje ACL and meniscus injury huyi he lekin ek doctor bol rha he ke abhi mat karav job aapko problem Lage tab karav and ek doctor bol rha hai ke surgery karvani padegi muje injury huyi 17 din huye he kya karu kuch samaj nahi aa raha he

Pehle Y dekho k injury kis grade ki hai. Agar regular life me zyada problem nhi hai to physio and exercise se 2/3 months dekho. Recovery hoti hai to surgery avoid kr sakte ho. Grade 3 tear hai to Dr surgery keh sakte hain.

Dost, please check ki grade koun sa hai..1,2, ya 3… 3rd grade is complete tear tab tho surgery is the only option but 2nd ya 1st hai tho avoid surgery physiotherapy le skte ho… and see if you are getting any benefits….👍

Dost there is no short cut, aap ko different exercises try krni hogi, like Quadriceps Stretch, Passive Stretch with a Towel or Heel Slide or hold kro 10 se 15 sec tak OR PLEASE jada pain ho tho stop doing.. sharp pain ho tho my krna jaha thoda thoda ho tho ok
