1. Physiotherapy aur Exercises:
• Strength Training: Aapko quadriceps, hamstrings aur calves ke liye strength exercises karte rehna chahiye. Yeh exercises aapke knee joint ko support karte hain.
• Balance aur Stability Training: Single-leg balance exercises ya wobble board ka use karke stability improve karen.
• Range of Motion (ROM): Aapka knee full range of motion mein kaam karna chahiye. Agar abhi bhi limitation hai, to physiotherapist se consult karen.
2. Cardio Activities:
• Swimming, cycling ya elliptical machine ka use kar sakte hain, kyunki yeh low-impact activities hain jo aapke knee par zyada stress nahi dalti.
• Running ya jogging karne ka soch rahe hain to physiotherapist ki advice zarur lein.
3. Return to Sports (Agar Plan Hai):
• Full-contact sports ya high-impact activities ke liye aapko complete clearance chahiye hota hai. Yeh 9-12 months ke baad hi recommend kiya jata hai.
• Agility aur plyometric training start karni chahiye, lekin gradual progression ke saath.
4. Pain aur Swelling:
• Agar abhi bhi pain ya swelling ho rahi hai, to yeh overuse ya kisi underlying problem ka indication ho sakta hai. Ice therapy aur rest ka use karen, aur doctor se consult karein.
5. Diet aur Supplements:
• Protein-rich diet aur collagen-supporting foods (like bone broth, citrus fruits, and leafy greens) ka intake badhayein.
• Agar doctor ne calcium ya vitamin D supplements recommend kiye hain, to unhe continue rakhein.
6. Regular Follow-Up:
• Apne orthopedic surgeon aur physiotherapist se regular check-up karte rahen taaki aapki progress track ho sake aur kisi problem ka timely solution mile.
