First comment!! wutup! what are the odds! Just came out of my consult today for surgery (scheduled next week) on my cyclops lesion thats been hindering my progress. Im 10mos post ACL recon. So far, things have been going well aside from lacking full flexion. My doctor is confident this will get better after. Thank you for this vid and all the other ones you post. You have no idea the impact your having out there. Cheers.

How is it going now? Did the pain go after the surgery? I am in the same situation, my knee is so stiff and painful. I am awaiting surgery but don’t know when they are going to do it.

You should have opted for Titanium plates! Why stainless steel? No doctors these days advise stainless steel!

Four months after ACL surgery, a popping sound is heard in the knee and pain is felt. It's probably a Cyclops lesion. Is it a good way to remove it with arthroscopic surgery?

I had a successful surgery, and when I looked into my knee, there was something like callus stuck next to the bone. After removing it it was fine.

@@berkay3343 Cyclops lesion is a piece of flesh regenerated from a wounded area. I haven't been able to exercise for 2-3 months.

how was the surgery? Is there also a crutch rail? And then you have to train the diffraction and stretching again?

Hi! I tore my acl on 22nd jan this year and now I can walk properly. Within a months time I have my police recruitment and for that I need to run 800 mts in 3 minutes. I used to run 800 m in 2 minutes but now 3 minutes seems too quick. I am planning to have surgery after that run. I haven't started jogging yet. What is your recommendation. Thank you 🙏🏻.

You need surgery

I know is way too late now, but you need to get surgery. I torn my acl and have negative lachman test to the point that my doctor thought it was not an acl but more of some kind of overload. After MRI it became clear it was acl. Living with it was fine, but knee after sports is really overloaded. Little bit swollen and hurts. So short story - you need to get it fixed. Even if you do not have the same symptoms as I did (and mine were relatively small) you still have way bigger chance to torn your meniscus later, because you don't have the tissue to hold your knee in place. And meniscus is worse in terms of potential knee arthis.
