Thank you, AK for a great walk along the South Bank in London - one of my favourite London walks!🥰 Btw you pronounced Winchester perfectly the first time, “win chess tur”👏👏👏 And in England, “borough” is always pronounced “burra”👍 I remember reading years ago, whoever it was in America who bought London Bridge, actually thought they were buying Tower Bridge👀 - an easy mistake to make!😉 Thank you again for a great video👌 PS: Southwark Cathedral is pronounced “Suth-erk” 😊🙏

43.38 Neat to see the bicycle bells on the wall. 🛎 52:44 This is such a cool musical installation! 🎶 I never thought about the meaning of "London Bridge Is Falling Down" until you mentioned it here. The tune of this nursery rhyme sounds upbeat, so I looked it up and the meaning is quite dark. 😲 Overall, this was such a lovely walk and it's quite overwhelming to see all the beautiful landmarks that you've shown along River Thames! 😍 Thank you so much for this informative and scenic stroll, AK! 🤗

Beautiful city of London with the shopping, museums, art galleries, architecture, bridges, etc. The only thing missing is a theme park like Disney or Universal Studios 🙂. London does have Thorpe Park, Harry Potter Studios, Legoland, Chessington World of Adventure, etc. as options for family entertainment. But not as extensive as what Orlando offers. It’s great London doesn’t have a homeless problem like in the US cities as far as I can see from the videos AK. Even though London does offer theme parks for families, we welcome families from the UK to enjoy Orlando and many do visit the Orlando theme parks. I’m thankful to be living in Florida and not too far away from Orlando.

Dear Kenny, I've been watching you from the beginning man, from when you didn't speak in your videos, and up to this point I've adored your content. Recently though your mid-roll ads are relentless, coming in every four minutes, making you I'm afraid to say more or less unwatchable 😥. I know you have to generate an income, but please consider your viewership and consider cutting down a little on the frequency of your ads, giving us something more of a better flowing viewing experience, as you used to. You excel at this stuff, Kenny - you are the masterblaster original. Don't let the motivation for money become your sole driver. Much love and respect to you.

I understand the ads are annoying. However, AK has put numerous of hours into creating and providing quality content, and we get to watch his videos for free at the comfort in front of our digital devices. Letting the ads run is one of our ways to support him and enable him to go on many more adventures.

London really is pretty! I wish you had turned to the side at times, I wanted to see what was going on around the walk - I heard music and noise, which I imagined would have been cool pop ups.

If you have not been to it, go to Borough Market on a Saturday. That is it's big day. At London Bridge Tube Station, there is an exit on the Northern line marked "Borough". All kinds of foods and drink are possible. Oysters, Ostrich & Kangaroo Burgers, Oysters, Wild Mushrooms, Cheeses, ordinary Burgers, Venison, Praw and Prawn & Fish wraps, Paellas, Ales, Ciders

Origins. The Roman legions established a settlement known as "Londinium" on the current site of the City of London around AD 43. Its bridge over the River Thames turned the city into a road nexus and major port, serving as a major commercial centre in Roman Britain until its abandonment during the 5th century.

My last time on the London eye was with a class of year 6’s school children. We fitted in one of the carriages. We just loved it. It was fascinating looking down on all the huge houses with garden courts, which on street level you only see the front facade. You don’t realise how big these building actually are and how beautiful too. We also visited The Globe Theatre and walked passed the This Morning Studio as they were on air.

The “original” London Bridge (the one that’s “falling down”) was replaced in about 1831. It was always falling down because it was 600 years old!!! The American who bought the new (at the time) London Bridge was mistaken. However he claimed to be perfectly happy with his purchase.

50:25 London Bridge isn't mistaken for Tower Bridge. It's the other way around. Many people refer to Tower Bridge as London Bridge.
@thefowlyetti2

London bridge is falling down is related to the Medieval Bridge (the one with shops on it), that was decayed by the 1700s and parts of it were litterly falling off into the Thames. The Bridge after that is the one that is in Arizona as that couldn't handle the heavy traffic in the 60's, its a shame they didnt just reduce traffic as the one they built on a budget is horrible.

Hi Ak, the south bank is one of my favourite places in London, better in the long summer days and warmer 😁 always lots going on there, often stop off there on the way home from work and listen to the different buskers take my own food and drink there it's cheaper, food for thought have you thought about taking the river bus from Westminster Pier to Greenwich which is a very popular place to visit you could compare Greenwich village London to Greenwich village NYC 😁

Thinking about it Ken some others have mentioned it, Canary Wharf it's not my thing but if you wanted to go there, there's a really cool pedestrian foot tunnel that goes under the Thames and pops up on the Isle of Dogs where you could walk to Canary Wharf and get the DLR back to the Bank tube station in the city.

I went on the London Eye 👁 as part of a package deal including coach travel and a boat tour on the Thames. I don't recall how much it was now, but I don't think I'd pay that much just for that, I really don't. It must rival Madame Tussauds 🤢

🤣 😂it’s pronounced Lake Havasu ( have a sue) in Arizona. Oh my goodness dude the London bridge song you need to really do research on stuff before you talk about it bahahaha. To bad you didn’t show the shard or talk about tower bridge ( there’s a glass walk way in top of tower bridge you can stand on and watch the people and cars on bridge below.) Compared to the price of the London eye the Tower of London is cheap entry price 😂
