What is the motivation behind opening the Ren Mai with internal cold? In my understanding it tonifies Yin (&Blood) but wouldnt you focus more on warmin > yang? If the Internal Cold stems from the Blood Deficiency it does make sense.

Sorry but unfortunately TCM doesn’t work that way, we treat the person as a whole, not the disorder. We look at the root cause & address it! We look at the tongue, observe the skin, eyes, hair...we take the pulse, ask questions on sleep, digestion, diet, immune system...and then we make a TCM diagnosis and create a treatment plan accordingly 🙏
