Haven't used the innovative ones but I've used Anchor motor mounts and they sucked. i ended up spending the extra $$$ and got OEMs. my experience has been stick with OEM everything for this car. Also got burnt on a gates serpentine belt from rockauto.

Innovative is pretty decent I hear hasport is better though, and yeah some brands have been hit or miss a lot more lately. I hear BANDO is a good belt brand

Should I get 65a or 75a mounts? Don’t want my car to Rattle too much

I’d say 65A at first it make vibrate and rattle a bit but tbh rn they’ve broken in some and barely get the vibrations

Bro mine was the same not long ago, replace them with innovative mounts (rated for 250 hp) and the vibration annoys me lol pulls better for sure.

It may soften up overtime atleast my 65As seemed like they have.

I have been looking for some mounts because every time I shift, I can feel the car bucking back and forth which makes it feel like i'm stomping on the gas and coming off as I release the clutch. Also put the car on the dyno a year ago and the engine literally rolls backwards during pulls. Would you recommend these over OEM? I'm afraid of how they will hold up over time, but since you had them on the white TSX they seem to last a reasonable amount of time.

Yup basically experienced the same as you can see how bad they were lol. They’ve been great though and have softened up a little less vibrating. If you want the best mounts would probably be hasport.

Mines were the same on my 2012 TL. Did you start noticing a stronger engine vibration after you changed the mounts? I do and i don’t know why

Yes stiffer mounts cause vibrations, just the nature of it. Stock replacements shouldn’t maybe a little bit more than what just came out cause they were barely holding on.

My tsx is 18 years old. The car vibrates while in drive while stopped.

How were you able to paint the upper front seat belt piece (where the belt loops through)? I’m almost done w my black interior and this one is tricky, I don’t want paint to rub off either when I pull the seat belt. Did you paint the slider for moonroof in place or pull it out?

I just masked up around best I could and painted away lol, it a little did rub off cause of the belt. Think it was still kinda fresh/didn’t prep that area good enough. And yeah I painted the slider in spot just moved back and forth. Check out the interior makeover video

How much does it vibrate on drive while at stops? Mine has the dreaded high mileage tsx vibration and i was wondering if these performance mounts would eliminate the vibration…

Since I have the 65As at first it vibrates a bit but then overtime is softens up overtime and doesn’t vibrate much for me anymore.

Yea I’m doin mine soon thanks bro how I found it throw car in gear u see motor move my motor went straight forward then back towards driver seat so I will do em all but front n back need to be changed to then she’ll be strong 💪🏽

Bro use pb blaster on these rusty bolts I tried using wd 40 on my tax rusted bolts and it didn’t help I had to let it soak with pb blaster for a couple hours I need to replace my motor mounts too but oem is so expensive😭

Yeah WD40 ain’t it just was lazy to run inside to find the can at the time. ONLY PB now tho 😤 Yeah oem new is pricy.. more worth it to just get more solid mounts.

The last mount i need to do is the rear one , at idle while stopped at a red light i hear my engine knocking once i gass it it goes away hopefully that fixes it

Yeah the rear mount is usually the one taking most of the load and usage, super important to get them replaced.

I just did this to mine, havent ran them but i did do all mounts. Trans and engine mounts as well as new rack and pin. Def a pain in the ass. All of mounts in mine were torn as well

That back bolt on the top part of the rear mount is a 🐩. Thank you for the video. So much easier with the sway bar off, but i got it without taking off the heat shield.

Di you have to tighten the nut under neath before installing the engine mount?

Yeah I just double checked everything for save keeping and some things were a little loose
