Hey there! No more than once a week but my best recommendation is 2x per month …. Too much can be drying to the hair and scalp

Hello There! I typically use Joie Naturals My Gel. A little goes a long way. Then I will tie it down with a wrap strip for about 30 minutes. It last about 3 or 4 hours for the most part.
