Him acknowledging the skill and nerve of the previous climbers compared to his own is humble, but it's not necessarily humble to credit people that are due their propers.

Adam you, magnus and geek climber all have me inspired to get going in the sport. I've been 3 times indoors and love it now. I was very intimidated and your relaxed nature has calmed me down. And all the people i've come across are laid back and not judgy or looking at me funny as a noob. Camera guy amazing. Audio is the best I've ever heard of a man dangling from a cave in the dark. Those are some serious lights. Casting shadows from his body. I'm sure it's better than headlamp. Who ever is the production crew is spot on. You are inspiring!!!!
