Take a piece of 1x4 board, cut a slot in it that's wide enough to go past the rod. Slide it across the crankcase opening.Holds the piston steady to slide the cylinder on.

Well aren't you special. You're like 14 and a master engine builder. Oh, and he's mister ceracoater with an oven. Can i have one more thing to make me feel like a piece of poo...please..for reals though, amazing and inspiring work. Kids these days...

Nice build. What did your UCCR and squish clearance come out to with each of those domes?
@adampaganelli48915 жыл бұрын
Thank you! They’re both currently the same as stock. As I adjust the cylinder dome compression and squish will be increased and decreased
@brianmorrison90665 жыл бұрын
If they are both the same as stock, would that mean that both are identical and the head was added for looks?
@adampaganelli48915 жыл бұрын
No. The point of the head is it comes with interchangeable domes to alter compression. I am starting with stock compression and will tune from their. Since I changed other components I wanted to keep as many controlled variables as possible early on. If you’re curious about the head checkout www.phatheadracing.com for more info!

Why is everything built now "epic", "rad", "dope" or whatever? Quality engine builds like this have been done for years and mostly we tried to act like not much was done so when you raced nobody would cry about you cheating. That being said I think you did a great job on this build and it actually should put out good power not just be a trailer queen as they say. Just wanted everyone to realize that an aftermarket big bore cylinders with the porting of your choice and a head with changeable domes, forged pistons, carbon fiber V-Force reeds, race expansion chambers, stroker cranks, PWK air striker carbs and Hinson clutch buckets 20 years ago for 250R quad engines.

Kinda stealing cam's ideas and thunder like everyone is doing what cameron did
@urbankyng64675 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say he stole cams idea, because there were multiple people building dirt bikes, and motorcycles on KZbin way before them. But you can see that cam probably influenced him. Plus he's a cam supporter, see the cam strong sticker on the motor stand.
@trevorolson92485 жыл бұрын
Look back at his cr125 build he loves using the ideas of other youtubers. As any other KZbinr would
@tylerzesiger76485 жыл бұрын
Kyle these are dirt bikes, there aren't tons of options when it comes to customization it's not like a custom chopper where parts are fabricated. Everything is bolt on take your choice of what's available that's about it. These guys are doing things literally anyone can do or have done don't be and that's what they are trying to show. And that's no hate toward Adam or Cameron, they are making a living sharing what they know and running great marketing of themselves and products. Making these videos with this detail is not an easy or quick thing so salute to them. I will say I wish these bike channels included more modification. Not just rebuilding and coloring some stock parts. Cam spent more money on having his suspension colored than I spent on A-kit stuff. I'm thinking of getting into this KZbin scene too and my bike is complete mod, very few parts are left of the stock bike not just re colored. Some parts I even design and machine myself because no one else in the world has done it before or it's a copy of factory parts that were never sold.
@MrKidkiller1595 жыл бұрын
No performance gain with them aftermarket junk parts. Put the money in the motor not onit. Go decorate cakes if you want to make pretty girl stuff.
