Thank you for your awesome videos! I'm a Personal trainer and a long time client of mine is now in a wheelchair due to a tumour, but I still want to give him with as much movement and strength training/cardio as possible.

I’ve needed this stretch forever! My feet want to turn in at night. I’m a C6-7 spinal cord injury. Thanks again!

Great video and awesome stretches! Thanks for this. You have my admiration for staying active and making the most of your circumstances. I am training a client who can walk but spends most of his time in a wheelchair so anything to help alleviate the tightness he experiences in his hips that can make the walking experience easier , is tremendously beneficial. Cheers!

Look forward to giving this a go, my hips are super stiff and it’s starting to make getting dressed a wrestling match...keep up the good work!

Ryan Montgomery One things about quads or tetras is another likes helping dress us to get it out of the way. It is great to find a time to wrangle around. Get the cardio and stretching in one. :)
