THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been so intimidated by Logic Pro to actually record my music. I needed this tip to clean up a recording today. Thank you

It can definitely be like that. Just take your time and learn as you go. I’ve been using Logic for 10 years and I still learn new functions all the time!

Hey this is my question: Can I bind the 3 pedals of my digital piano (already conected via usb cable to the PC) to set them as modulation such like a midi controller? My Nux Piano doesn't have the 2 whells you know... So I thought about binding that in the Daw or something, because I really don't use those pedals only the sustain one

You probably can but it would depend more on your piano. Things like sustain and modulation are CCs that come pre-assigned in your keyboard from the factory. This means it has much less to do with logic than your keyboard. I have been able on my keyboard to go into it's own interface and re-assign the CC# attached to the modwheel and change it to expression for example but that depends entirely on your keyboard.

You have other track parameters or options then i have by default in my track regions, when i do right click -> track header components or configure track header i cannot find the right options to get this settings. How do you get that 'volume' dropdown button in you're track region?
@SojournerTracks Жыл бұрын
You don’t see any of that stuff? You may need to adjust the size of the track section. Drag the tracks area to the right and see if you get anything.

Great video! Quick question, how did you do that quick automation dragging at 3:09? I think it was a quick hotkey and I’ll take any I can get for that stuff haha

Thanks for the comment! I think you’re referring to the marquee tool. I have it set as my CMD click tool. If you look at the top of the arrangement window you’ll see a standard cursor on the left and a little cross on the right. That’s the marquee tool. It’s super useful!
