What a great ride to top off my day!! Perfect amount of Climb challenge and speed in and out of the saddle!! And liked the addition of the push-ups!! 🚴‍♀️👍🤩!!!!!

Thank you for this great workout. I tend to be a bigger gear, slower cadence type rider so I enjoyed this one. Although we did get the RPM’s up a few times! So glad this workout showed up in my search! Thank you again!

Started doing rides with ankle weights it really ads some burn

@@jentufts_cycling it seems like it makes you work harder in a difrent way than just adding resistance🤷‍♀️ if you try it let me know what you think 😁

@@jennajohan5339 I can totally agree! I used to play Roller Derby and I would practice while wearing ankle weights. Come game time, I felt like I was gliding on air! :) But it never crossed my mind for the bike! I'll give it a-go this week!

Choreo is fun, but not at crazy legs of>100 RPMs. Check out Gabriella Guevara rhythm cycling beginner/intermediate . Don’t bother with advance. Not a fan of 130 RPMs standing

130 out of the saddle?! Omg that sounds horrible lol!! The fastest I ever go is 80 out of the saddle 🤪 and even that is a lot. I’ve watched her videos before! She’s great. 😊
