quad resist on ralts vs eldritch blast makes sense since it's fairy/space type. fairys tend to control and use magic themselves so it makes sense they have magic resistance, and space stuff like the moon is often used as a power source for some kinds of magic so if you're attacking your magic power source you're gonna be weaker, thus the resist to reflect the weakened power
