I have tried a lot of Wim Hof breathing over these last couple of years. I like this one the best. I am in my 88th year and the time is travelling too quickly towards my next birthday. I am not on any medication and have full mobility.

New to the method, 2 weeks in. Skipped 2 days and learned more about the value of this breathing method. I saw this channel and this video, and I did not expect to go more than 1 round, but as has been the case so far, the breathing became compelling and I had to see it through even after this taxing workday, in my quiet almost sleepy time. My thoughts-if anyone is interested in a stanger's opinion- are grateful and positive. I enjoyed this take on a meditation that is already growing on me, and maybe I'll check this or some other video you folks put up sometime- no promises. I guess, just, thanks for the singularly unique guided experience! Keep breathing soundly and have a good night!

Wim Hof Dear, You my beloved. I wanna kiss your feet. Experience: 45 years my age, I am right side paralysis, due to frontal lobe syndrome and severe head injury, motor cycle accident, in Post Kargil War session, 01 Sep 1999, at Arjun Singh AF Station Panagarh in West Bengal, due to my own misjudgement of buying old vehicle. Then around April 2019, too Dynamic when someone to be my own Osho Maharaj. Osho's Dynamic Meditation. June 2019, I am installed by WFM. 9th July 2019, 0630 hrs, performing the WFM, tingling sensation, contraction in lungs and stomach (though young energatic lungs/stomach) WFM/Wim wins. I am happy. So are You. (with a continuous Wim Hof laughter in the WFM 49:47 or other series.) Loved 432 binaural...23.44. My favorite. You are pure than ice, O! ice man. See u soon. GurAjj (Fg Offr)

I Just Love This Breathing Thing.... I Think That, As Long As I Live, I Will Be Practicing It. So Far I Have Been Practicing the Breathing for Almost 5 Months and I Am Already Able to Hold My Breath for 1 Hour and to Really, Really Fully Fill My Guts and Lungs With Air Again After Holding My Breath for An Hour It Takes Me Another Hour and 10 or 15 Minutes to Accomplish It So. I Will Stand Here for a While for I Need to Do My Daily Life Duties and It Is Taking Me Almost 3 Hours to Do the Whole Practice, Yet I Think Its Applications Are Limitless and For Keeping a Great Heath Priceless.... May God Bless Wim Hof for This Invaluable Health Tool and All Those Who Use It to Keep Their Health or Restore It.

I need to understand something. Is this 90 breath per round for 3 rounds with 3 minute hold breathing exercise something Wim actually does or is it something you created, deducing from his courses?
@zangiefromanov25635 жыл бұрын
Wim says 20-40 breaths for beginners 3 rounds and hold for as long as you can without straining. But some like to take it a little further. I for instance, find 20-30 breaths not very useful. 40 is a minimum to feel any real benefit. 90 is for people who sit with their legs stretched behind their head while pondering the meaning of existence.
@jellyphish21125 жыл бұрын

Hi Beede Bawng - This is something I deduced based on what I practiced when in Poland with Wim and his team in 2016, although it was slightly more than 90 breaths, but 90 felt like a good amount for people who have been practising for a while to be able to go a little deeper into the meditation! thanks for watching and commenting 🙏 🙏 🙏 .

Hi Luca, you can just relax and breath normally, or you can begin the breathing again, or skip ahead to next part of breathing, enjoy the experience and mix this up with some of the more slower breathing exercises on the channel if you can, getting an all round balance will help with your hold times.
