Amazing.... For any one who wants to extend their retentions and the 'going deep' that Wim talks about (I never knew what that meant till now) do this video. Building up to the repetitions helped me overcome doubt of not being able to go beyond 2mins. The last round was tough. Hard to be mindful or visualise anything when your trembling to breathe. Then euphoric reward is worth it and the 10 minutes at end perfect.

I hope you make a Playlist of just these exercises, I love wim Hoff but I prefer these kind of quiet no talking exercises. They're like a metronome to practice to

Have you fallen asleep or passed out? The latter is a sign to try a less challenging routine

Do we breathe thru nose or mouth?

Mouth breathing is still an upgrade though. Most will correct and everyone feels good.

@@ThirstysURL I think it's better to inhale through the nose. Healthier
@zangiefromanov25635 жыл бұрын
I use this breathing technique to almost cure my crippling hayfever. Breathing through the nose isn't really an option when It's blocked but even when my nose is clear I still do this technique through the mouth as you can take in more air which as I understand it is the main objective along with having fun.
