I love the superset combinations. Would appreciate guidance on when to use lighter/heavier dumbbells

This is a brilliant suggestion Anthony. From now on we will provide a top left corner advice as to light, medium or heavy DB for the exercise on hand👍👍 We have a back-log of ready workouts for a couple of weeks atm so you'll see this change in a couple of weeks time!

Hi Anne, I wouldn't go too light just because it has multiple movements. Do what you can, so relatively heavy if you can get through the sets, but not heavy enough that you have to stop.

Felicia, that depends entirely on your strength and endurance level. Different people, different weights, however it should be heavy enough to challenge you but not so heavy that you can't get through your sets.
