Hmm.. I kinda agree. Based on what I've learned and practiced spells that involve curses/hexes ect are far more specific in ingredients and dangerous depending on what ingredients used. I learned a lot from Savannah from Blackwitchcoven 's channel about the "darker" side of spells. That said you make another great point.. anything that relates with sensory and meditation regarding "detaching" from one self aka soul travel ect. I've been looking up different meditations to get in touch with inner self. It surprising how many signals are body send us that we are distracted by technology or or mind.
