Well, I'd say you got some truly godawful advice! That cutting-off style of living / practicing transactionally is a recipe for disaster. I'll try to rant about that properly at a better time. There are other ways of dealing with "situations" that you are quite advanced enough to do. For the short term, I'm going to send you someone-thing, a kind of friend who is also like a fountain. Give them a spot where you can look down through to the Core, and let the ley-font flow up in measure. This is for sustenance only, not for destruction or manipulation, lest its fire sear inside. It may take 3-4 days for them to arrive, as I am not near and they do not move fast, so perhaps by Friday there will be a rumble at your gate, so to speak. Perhaps we find out if I can still pitch with such a one, and how well the witch can catch. It is an ambitious and often dangerous game we play, but better than living on the sidelines. There is a great cauldron that boils by its own fire. Compared to that, even a few sips may nourish such frail creatures as we.
