I've been using photoshop professionally for over ten years and have built a lot of actions in my time and feel quite strong with my skillset, particularly in hotkeys and quick use of the software. This is hands down the greatest photoshop video I have ever seen. From the INCREDIBLE edit with all your visualisations, to the little bits of knowledge (that actions look for the first layer with that name from the bottom of the layer list???), this is a phenomenal tool. Thank you so much, you have a new subscriber for life!

I haven't even watched the video yet, but I see "Texturelabs" I thumbs up. You sir are a master of the craft. The way you break down the steps into steps that aren't too difficult for the beginner to follow along while also not being too "step-by-step" that could upset the more intermediate and advanced users is truly something no other KZbinr has quite nailed down as well as you. Keep up the great content and thank you for sharing your knowledge with the community!

These tutorials not only showcase cool effects and expert level Photoshop use, they are the best explained tutorials i've seen anywhere on YT. The amount of work that must've gone into explaining depth maps and distortion is insane. Also, the pacing is excellent. Meaning that if you're already very familiar with those concepts it's still interesting and fun to watch. Excellent work!

I've used Displacement Maps for many years, but just one aspect that made this so useful is that I now have a much better idea how they work, so we can better predict how our depth maps are going to affect the image. That's golden.
