2.6% of Americans are a normal weight because they eat healthfully. Hilarious. I wouldn't have thought it was that many. I seriously doubt. There's more than 1 other person in the nearest 100 people around me that eat as healthfully as I do, although I know there must be some I would've thought maybe 2 in a thousand. Maybe 5 in a thousand. Not 16. I'm fairly muscular, not sure if merit the 24 versus 23 standard. But I appreciate the possiblility. I'm working very hard to try to follow a nutritarian diet and not overeat. I spent about 10 years just eating whole plant foods which included occassionaly eating pecans and dates as a main dish. But now I'm trying to take it to the next level Have better health right now - like no asthma like symptoms - and make my joints feel really good so I can enjoy running. And then just fucking live to be 100 and enjoy my life. Work in permaculture as a hobby. I love Fuhrman's videos I literally get excited, oh good this one's 2 hours long! The sodium fluoride and hydrofluosilicic acid may have something to do with how most Americans feel. The Harvard School of Public Health stated that sodium fluoride lowers children's IQ, and that the toxin is accumulative The Harvard School of Medicine, The Lancet Neurology, and Dartmouth University all state that sodium fluoride and hydrofluosilicic acid are known neurotoxins. Those neurotoxins literally cause brain damage: the frontal lobe is effected - emotional regulation, short- and long-term memory, sense of self, decision making, cellular damage, etc.

@@lauriem184 from all the researched info that I have seen most Dr's are suggesting that almost all diets are low in DHA, most people don't convert ALA to DHA efficiently and thus need supplements, I believe green algae is supposed to be the best source.
@themotivator25872 жыл бұрын
First of all, he recommended that some people may need to take supplemental EPA and DHA. DHEA is something completely different. Some people may be able to get enough from nuts and seeds by converting ALA. Other people have insufficient conversion enzymes and should either eat some fish or take a supplement. This isn't about a deficiency in the diet, per se. It's about properly addressing the nutritional needs of individuals in the way that is best for them. But an algae supplement is probably the cleanest. The waters are so polluted that fish can have toxins.
