Good stuff. Thanks to your G-meter on the GoPro video overlay - I could see how your body weight transfers from left to right, while drawing a ∞ figure. I was able to try the things you showed here (lowering the back) and I could feel the speed going up with less effort, when my weight transfer was correct. Thank you!

Excelent video. I have been working on my position and the first thing I experienced was pain in the lower back, so I guess I have to work on those muscles. Thanks a lot

Thanks for the video! My abs get very sore after skating 3000m or so. What are some good exercises for strengthening this area? I was thinking maybe leg lifts and bicycle kicks would be good.

Thanks, i've learned a lot with you about speed skating, always watching your videos, there's a video teaching some kids that you say the same here "push to the back, then to the side" but i just can understand how to properly do this, can u help me?
@ThePascalbriand6 жыл бұрын
Eu ri ! Hi I don’t say push back then to the side.... I say push down then to the side... check the video about how to push

Thank you for this video! My back gets tired and achy after about 5-10 minutes in speedskating position. I am a novice skater. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do?
@ThePascalbriand4 жыл бұрын
Yes at beginning its normal. No worry . Practice make it better ... and if you had a bit of core workout it’s helping a lot.
@stefanr004 жыл бұрын
@@ThePascalbriand Thanks! Yes im trying to get those core muscles strong with stiff leg deadlift, roman chair and exercises alike.

Do u recommend any exercise to improve body position
@ThePascalbriand5 жыл бұрын
Vijay Bhagat dry land and slide board is a good way to work on position otherwise every moment on skate position should be a main focus

@ThePascalbriand6 жыл бұрын
Hi antonio...i will try in another video...pero al momento soy muy occupaddo y no tengo mucho tiempo para hacer con demonstracion….tambien porque la meteo es muy malo^^ entonces no es facil de hacer las imagen que demonstran bien...

@@ThePascalbriand Merci beaucoup Briand.
