Good day I have a unrelated question to the topic at hand. I live in a area where it is very windy and am looking for my first drone as a beginner, I would like to do some fishing with it too, so I really need your help to decide if to go with the mavic mini or hubsan zino pro

I don't know enough about the Hubsan to say, but I definitely don't think the Mavic Mini can handle what you plan to do with it.

Hi having watched most of your Utube Channel I can Honestly say yours is one of the best channels. For me just starting out in the hobby it is informative, intelligent and exactly the new information I need to get into Drone flying. I have watched a ton of Utube videos some really bad and some really excellent like yours. Now most of the stuff I watch relating to the hobby are mainly from commercial drone pilots like yourself because I find them the best for me. Keep up the fantastic work you are doing, oh and I almost forgot! The only channels I subscribe to besides yours are run by commercial pilots. Check out these guys as well. Russ, thanks for your informative videos. I appreciate them greatly. How would you like another project? Transmission modes and frequencies. I've been searching for a while now, and have found that the explanations on the internet are rife with inaccuracies and misconceptions, both in what the FCC and CE allow, and the performance levels of each means of communicating with your drone. A few questions off the top of my head to get you started: 2.4 GHz versus 5.8 GHz digital versus analog ocusync' and lightbridge at 5.8 GHz? FCC and CE rules regarding allowed frequencies (and power output) per country Will Mavic mini, air, spark operate on either 2.4 or 5.8 in the US? I'm asking you specifically because I trust you, and since you've put yourself in the position of teacher...... I'm ready to learn. Yes I'm just getting started with the drone and trying to figure out the editing part.. here is my question .. when you get all of the footage it is a very large file I'm sure say 200mb .. here's my issue I have very slow internet and what is a good size at the very end of your project ?? In order to upload at a very reasonable upload time .. ie final size of your video ..12mb etc...

Perhaps a good idea would have been to resize all of the images first in a separate program so they all had the same resolution before importing. Then this could have saved time in adding the motion to the slideshow.

Can someone help me out on two questions I have? One, how do you set up the smart controller to record the screen to show all of the flight data as your flying? Then second question. Once in a while, when I just start to take off and hover, I’ll get a warning message printed in yellow that says I’m about to enter into a warning zone and to fly with caution. Can I still fly though? I thought the warning would have to be in red print and it would tell you not to fly in this area. Just not sure what I can and can’t do, when I see the yellow warning. Thank you!

Hi Ross. I love your video, and tried to make a slideshow myself. The only thing I couldn't do is to paste the written text in the first picture to all the other pictures. You were too fast there. :-) There is no paste option in the right click menu. How do you do that?
