i hope you see this cz this is my second time posting this comment, it seems the first one disappeared. Thank you for your aerial yoga exercises. Any chance of creating an aerial yoga workout for toning the whole body/ abs toning, legs, thighs...etc. trying to find these kind of workout but hard to find.. thx

Not happening at all for my fuller figure and I love pigeon with the hammock. My arm joints don't seem able to move into these versions. Even the stacked legs to one side that should be "comfortable" is like a rope in my hip crease. :(
