What was your favorite transition from today's class? Let me know here! 😄❤️ 1: Hip Hang to Seated, with Revolved Flourish 2: Chicken Roll into Open Hammock 3: Flip Entry to Hip Hang 4: Transitioning Above and Below the Booty (with flip) 5: Seated to Hip Hang, with Fish Hook

Wow I love them all. I especially like when you combine them like I was thinking if you do number three into number one to open up a performance and you can also do the chicken roll in and out of the hammock. So that’s number two then for number three it’s kind of cool if you just do some flips consecutively depending on the music really love it really love this you explain everything so well I wish I had seen this before a performance that I did. But there’s always more performances :-)

My arms aren't strong enough to hold me through the transitions. Do you have any videos on how to strengthen myself and have the hammock not hurt my legs, hip or back?
@lorrainegillingham2080 Жыл бұрын
Watching you I thought, yeah, I can do all that!!!! But in reality I’m really struggling to do any of these poses. I’m a total beginner so I think I need to strengthen up my arms and core before even attempting. 5 years of yoga clearly has no bearings on Ariel work! 😅😂❤but thanks 🙏🏽

Great question!!! Thank you for your comment Soph! I don't atm, but I'll make sure to note this down for a future tutorial video! It would be almost the same thing as the 3rd entry, but just starting from the ground and focusing on one leg going through at a time: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3PdYXeZZdqrgqs
