Could you let me know your aerial stand you use? I bought one, but am already feeling so limited in what I do as it’s not very wide and so many of your videos I can’t follow because the base of my stand is so narrow and doesn’t Llow for full stretching out. I want to get the one you have, but wondering how big the room is you use as well, as I’m also worried I don’t have a large enough room. Please let me know!🙏

@ no, never got a response lol. I ended up getting the one from uplift active 🙂 it’s got a much wider base and can go up to. I think 11 feet tall? I currently just use mine at 8 feet tall and it works great 🙂

I am overweight but I am wondering if the quality of my silks is bad? When I get into them, they stretch and sink easily up to a foot, making it basically impossible to practice because I have to have the silks SO HIGH that I cannot get into them so that when they sink, I'm not lying flat on the floor. Am I just too fat for silks? And it's ok if the answer is yes haha I'll just be disappointed.

NO! You are not too fat my friend! It sounds like you might have a medium to high stretch fabric and for aerial yoga practice, it's best to use a low stretch fabric! The retailer you purchase from should say in the description what stretch type it is :) Or you can ask the retailer directly if you're not sure!
