Tortillas come 'half cooked'. I notice that you did not brown your tortillas and the result will be a taste like raw flour. You should lightly brown your tortillas by heating up a frying pan, NO OIL, a dry pan... when it is super hot add a tortilla... be ready to flip it as it will brown in 30-40 seconds. Lightly brown both sides and you will be surprised how much better they will taste. Good luck!

@katrinagarland5219 from my understanding you don't have to cooked pre packaged wraps. I never did. I might try to one day but not sure if it will harden the wraps as I might not like it. Anyway thanks for the suggestion

@@diaryofmyfrugallife It does not make them hard if you only brown them slightly but it makes a big difference in the taste. They are meant to be browned and NOT EATEN RAW. It is disgusting to see them uncooked on people's plates.... but I understand that there are people like yourself that don't know any better. I grew up on Mexican food. Trust me, they are meant to be cooked.
