I bet you are the only youtuber who can make us wonder in awe of a lady painting a table because of your video skills! I was gonna go out and pour all my savings into a Z6 which potentially can solve a certain issue I have in a shoot. I will now try to figure out a way to do it with my current setup! Thanks a lot for inspiring

I have literally watched like all your videos, you are very talented! I've been into filming for a while but stopped over the years due to school and other hobbies, BUT you inspired me to get a DSLR a few months ago and pick it up again. Thanks for all these useful tips, you have really helped me figure out everything and I learned a lot from your posts! I'm actually entering my first film festival this year, so keep up the videos I love them!

After watching several videos dealing with the topic yours is the first which is really helpful on how to get started with semi-professional dsrl video gear. Especially I liked that you not only said what the equipment can be used for but also showed some great examples! Thanks a lot for this video!

Hi Andyax! I love this video! The side-to-side camera movement with the focus rack at 3:31 was beautifully done. It amazes me what a difference subtle camera movement can make to the dramatic effect of film. Thank you!

Wow... What difference the slider makes! I make DSLR & GoPro video logs at all my DJ events for our KZbin channel, but everything is handheld. I wasn't sure if the added expense of shoulder rig or slider made a difference. Now, I see it does. Thank you for this video. Subscribed! :)

I have the same slider with the red platform but I found that over time it gathers a lot of dust and dirt under the platform in the plastic pieces which hold it on the rails which can make smooth sliding difficult as it either sticks to the rails or becomes quite jumpy. It's necessary to clean it often, sometimes even after an hour of using, or less. I mostly use it outdoors, though, so it's hard to tell if it gathers dirt so easily indoors as well. That's my experience with it, anyways.

He didn't say that the final product didn't matter... You made a moot point. If you could see the final product you would definitely choose the right person. But the point was... if you were choosing between 2 photographers and one was well equiped and looked like he knew what he was doing and has done it before, and the other looked like he just started using cameras... you would 10 times out of 10 choose the one who at least looked the part. Hence the review for these products.
@c-flotv8723
@c-flotv8723 7 жыл бұрын
final product is always priority over how professional someone looks. However, that's not what I took form what he said. If they both produce the same results, yet the one without the rig si cheeper, then obviously I'll go for the cheeper option if the results are the same. but if the results are the same and the price is the same, I will definitely go for the one with the rig since he seems more invested in the art and seems to take it more serious. it is also true that even though the final result is trully what matters, many clients will go for the person who seems more prepared. for the most part, most clients hire you based on results they've already seen from you
