Treloar belongs on this list for the different reason. When leaving GWS in 2016, he had a choice of Richmond or Collingwood. He chose Collingwood, saying that they were closer to a flag. Turned out that Richmond were closer to a flag than any other team.

They gave Brisbane a tonne of money so they could have all the best players and that’s why won all those premierships. As a capitalist money hungry organisation they need to keep the big clubs, which are mostly in Melbourne, healthy and happy. You don’t see st kilda getting a highly favourable draw.

Something feels right about Tim Kelly and Gary Jnr missing out on flags... one got on a plane knowing he was going to screw a club over and the other left for money then ran away when things got too hard. And he made them hard by dividing the group. Because of his religion. And he was captain. But is it as bad as costing a bloke his job like Kelly did because he put himself ahead of literally everyone including his children first? Both are poor excuses for humans
