My first language is Spanish too, and im also studying German... But something i have discovered is that there are many similarities between english and german.. Trust me just study hard and you wont have that many difficulties :)

It's funny how der Koch is one of the most difficult words but fünfundzwanzig is just a piece of cake. So easy I spent half-hour to understand how it is pronounced.

Do you have a special video for pronouncing the 'ch?' Sometimes, it's like ch in Loch Ness (where the monster is LOL), and sometimes, it sounds like 'sh.' Are there rules, or is like the previous question, and it always just depend on where you're from? Love your videos! Thank you.

Depends on where in Germany you're from :) But it is common to pronounce it that way, yes.
