I am happy to see the Delhi build I have been doing is very similar to this, except my idea was to try and spam out a few elephants ASAP. Of course it's not as refined as this, I'm just a platinum player. BTW a good counter to war elephants is crossbows, they just shred them.

This is a really good "surprise MF!" build. Could work wonders, espscially in lower leagues. Though, I have two questions 1) How plausible is it for opponent to scout and predict the build? 2) If he predicts the build, isn't it easy to fast castle himself and go for xbows?

That's why you build the 2 Blacksmith and good amount of Ghazi raiders "2) If he predicts the build, isn't it easy to fast castle himself and go for xbows?" Even if they do, that's why we get Forced March, Forced March can help you to keep up with Xbow and build wall behind them so they can't run away :D
