I came across your initial diagnosis video when I’d just been diagnosed (around February time) I’m 24, and have a beautiful 9 month old baby girl Nova Roux. I had what I now know was a massive relapse last December following the birth of nova. I love your videos, they make me feel ‘normal’ in a way 🙈 your first video helped me soooo much, honestly. I totally freaked out when I diagnosed, I think there’s a huge misconception when it comes to MS I genuinely thought my life was over!!!!! But now, I’m on tysabri every 4 weeks and trying to keep staying positive! I don’t know about you but my daughter is my main inspiration 💗 xoxoxo

I've been diagnosed with MS this morning and I'm felling so crushed by it; I'm 23 and seeing what you've done, your life after the diagnosis, really gives me hope. I wish to have your strength to handle the future, have a baby, etc. Thank you so much!

Rhian, you are amazing. Trying to stay positive is the only way to be, when diagnosed with a chronic illness. Trying not to get angry when faced with ignorant statements like “but you look okay” or “you were fine yesterday”. These things are sent to try us, but they only make us stronger. MS or not, never stop being Rhian. 💖💖💖 xx

I had a brain haemorrhage two years ago and although I suffer with daily headaches I chose to return to work as an Early Years TA. Well done for this honest video xx

Tania Calvert Wow, that must have been so scary and I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult/annoying it is to live with daily headaches. You sound like an amazing person and what a great positive outlook you have too ☺️ seriously well done for returning to work xxx

Well done Rhian, My mam was diagnosed with MS back in 1985 when it wasn’t really understood how or what the condition was. I myself have been tested and came back negative but I do have a nuerological condition which can be similar symptoms. I am lucky that I have a great consultant at the RVI. Being positive is fantastic and it’s great to see in a public forum. Xx

I’ve commented a few times since subscribing a long time back.... sharing your story is not only brave but I hope you know how much it helps 😊. Everything started for me at 22, eventually leading to significant weakness in my legs and hands...along w pain and other issues. Thank you for showing that you can share your passion, be a great mom to young kids and have MS be a piece of that story. It only further affirms it for me too ☺️ All the best to you and thank you again!!!

Hi Rhian, love the video, I have just been diagnosed with RRMS and I'm trying to decide between treatment options. I just wanted to know a little more about how you're feeling after Lemtrada? I was initially thinking of starting with one of the injectables but now I'm considering Lemtrada and would love to know more about how the treatment affected you afterwards etc? Any info you can give would be amazing!

Such an awesome video Rhian! Love your positivity! Can I ask, does your MS show up when you have an eye test? My mum has MS and I’ve had multiple episodes over the past 5 years of MS symptoms which obviously is really worrying me. I’ve had an MRI today which I’m waiting for the results for but my eye tests/pictures of my optic nerves are always normal. Thanks hun!

LauraMichelle15 I’m not sure if it shows up when you have an eye test but I actually ended up being diagnosed after going to the opticians as my doctor just kept telling me it was vertigo. I would hold out for the results of the MRI scan and see if you have any lesions. Have you been having weird symptoms?xx
