We love him becoz of his good character from being an orphan at 7 yrs old and live in the streets for a long time. Like the prayer “He sing when he feel sad” it really breaks my heart becoz I have small children and can’t imagine that it will happen to them. maybe the reason his voice was developed and of course the innate gift from above.

In the Philippines, we call this type of singing as "Doble Kara" singing which literally means Two-Face. It peaked in the 1980s when there was a "Doble Kara" contest in one of the famous noontime TV Show. But prior to that, "Doble Kara" is commonly performed in fiestas for entertainment purposes way before the 70's. Usually, contestants will sing a duet of the man and woman doing both parts with props dressed as a woman on one side and man on the other side. Marcelito is doing the "Doble Kara" singing without the "traditional props." Hey guys! Great recap! I think either Collabro (just to piss Simon off and satisfy the Collaborators), Marc Spelmann, or Oz should have gotten the Golden Buzzer. Simon should have never been allowed to steal Howie's Golden Buzzer. Loved Marcelito Pomoy! Also, I thought Heidi and Simon were too harsh with Collabro. We really need wild card acts (Oz, Collabro, and Junior Creative would have gotten my votes). I also believe that Luke Islam was brought back too soon. There are numerous acts like Andrew de Leon, Angel City Chorale, Barbara Padilla, Branden James, Christina Wells, Emil & Dariel, Emily West, and the Forte Tenors should have gotten his spot.

@@MattandJessTV If you do check out Marcelito on the Wishbus, then take another 5 or so minutes to check out ANY of the other singers on Wishbus. You'll be just as surprised as when you first saw Marcelito. In the Philippines, singing is a cultural centre point in almost ALL events/gatherings. EVERY house hold has got a karoake machine and that's a population of 100mil !!!

Marcelito pomoy doesn't have any voice lesson,..he only use his voice to find his family.... He only train his voice by himself by singing in a karaoke bar..sorry for my bad english
